new behavior

So I walk into the livingroom where wife has squawk on her chest, they are both napping. I see a size 4 diaper on the floor and Kat is running around, playing.
At first I thought Kat had pulled a new diaper from the box and opened it up and brought it into the room.
Then I realize that she has taken off her diaper and is running around in just her sleepshirt, no diaper.
I didn't find a puddle, but I don't like where this is going.
Loren @ sweetenedtaters has me scared.

Is Loren talking about the poop parties her kids used to have?

Looks like it's time to potty train!!!!! She's sending you a bulletin. Loren ignored her bulletin and look where that got her.

She did seem to enjoy the potty training book that Jill read her while I was there, perhaps it is time to housebreak the Kat. It is glorious when they are finally toilet using, except that they have small bladders and in the beginning you have like 10 seconds from when they tell you to get them to a toilet or you have an accident. McMommy invented the concept of the diaper urinal when her oldest son needed to go and there was no good place to do so, I think some of her readers have adapted it for use with girl-childs. Though if she is not ready there's always duct tape. Best of luck either way!

Kids love to run around "unencombered." At least mine did. Potty training does sound like it's around the corner. Good luck!
